About us

That's a great name. The name "Bazm-e-Adam" was coined by Talwandi Musa Khan. The name "Abdul Hameed Adam" was born on April 10, 1910, in Talundi Musa Khan, a village on the outskirts of Gujranwala. After completing his primary education in Talwandi Musa Khan, he matriculated from Islamia High School, Bhati Gate, Lahore and passed as an FA private candidate. Later, Adam Sahib got a job in military accounts. In 1933, after ten years of service, he moved to Iraq and married an Iraqi girl. Returned to Pakistan in 1941 and passed (SAS) Departmental Examination in a Distinguished Position and was reinstated for employment in Military Accounts. After the formation of Pakistan, he was transferred to Rawalpindi. And retired in April 1966. In 1960, he translated the quatrains of the well-known Lebanese-born poet Omar Khayyam into Urdu, which became very popular. One of the reasons for this was that Khayyam and Adam's philosophy of life and style of poetry are similar.

He doubled the splendor of the party. My fellow poets and I were very well received by the people of taste. At the end of the ceremony, I, Saifullah Saifi, suggested to these knowledgeable friends that we should set up a literary and welfare organization in which besides literary tastes, we can also participate in welfare activities on which all The friends consulted and decided that we should include our teachers in it, as they too had a strong desire for a literary welfare organization to flourish here. I pay tribute to the greatness of our great teachers who have the status of spiritual fathers for us, who have given us a sense of identity today.

These are the candles of knowledge and light that have lit thousands of lamps. These are the treasures of knowledge and literature that may take centuries to find. The series of your words to mine

Behind the scenes is whatever is going on

If the veil is lifted, there will be awareness

The veil is the veil

Time laughs at us helpless poor

These negligences are not appropriate

That hair, by the way, is on fire, O non-existent

But the exception to the effect is the breeze

Laugh, you lie

What sweetness melts in the heart

How beautiful the world looks

When you smile and speak

Adam Sahib did not seem to be a poet in terms of physical appearance, but the owner of a heavy body could say that he belonged to Gujranwala and looked like a wrestler. Readers, I am watching an interesting incident. When Majaz Lucknow came to Pakistan, he did not see Adam Sahib but was a fan of his poetry. When he was introduced to Adam Sahib, he spoke helplessly

"If this is non-existence, then what is existence?"

There is some disagreement among the writers regarding the date of death of this great Urdu romantic ghazal poet Mr. Abdul Hameed Adam. Some acknowledge the day of death on March 10 and some on November 4, 1981. After his death, Adam Sahib is buried near the main gate of Dry Port Cemetery Mughalpura, Lahore.

Abdul Hameed Adam is a great romantic poet of the Indian subcontinent. Adam further enriched the traditional ghazal through his poetry.

I accept every fairy god

How much do I accept?

From time to time on vacation, still respectfully

I accept the invitation of climate

Unfaithful, I told you with love

Take it! Now I accept Bawfa

The darkness is as bright as your hair

I accept that darkness, Zia

You do not commit a crime

Despite this, I accept his punishment

When there is no salvation without it

I accept robbers as leaders

Adam is counted among the top ten poets of the Indian subcontinent. Dozens of poetry collections of Adam Sahib have been published. Of which, Kharabat, Gallery, Chara Dard, Ram Aho, Dastur-e-Wafa etc. are more well known. Adam was a very eloquent and quick-witted poet. Most of his poetry was written on an urgent basis and out of necessity. After retirement, when you were in financial trouble, you would quickly write lyrics and give them to your publishers and take advance payment from them.

There is also a slight burning sensation and a slight warmth of love. In his poetry, Adam has used traditional themes, elbows, flower-bulbs, candles and butterflies, glass and stone. And this style of his poetry definitely gives a new taste to the listener.

Note:

Thus, there are many organizations and movements in the world, most of them religious organizations or movements, which are working all over the world as a team. My aim is not to hit any movement but it is my observation that most of the organizations or movements are trying to get involved in today's dirty politics. However, it is such organizations that have done the most damage to religion. Who is using the people for their own benefit? Bazm-e-Adam Talundi Musa Khan is a non-political organization whose manifesto is to solve small social problems, welfare work, and above all social etiquette with its pen, knowledge and reform. Which do not come in the eyes of the government. To encourage the poor boys/girls who come to the field of education who are protected from the jewels of education due to lack of resources, is to help them financially.

On behalf of the entire Bazm-e-Adam team, I invite knowledgeable friends and social worker friends with all tastes to join our team. We welcome you to satisfy your literary tastes as well as to serve the country, the nation and humanity. This short life is not just the name of animal desires. In fact, service to humanity is the only source of forgiveness. You can be part of our team wherever you want. May Allah Almighty be my supporter and your helper. Thank you!
